Toyota Corolla Water Pump Making Noise – Should I Be Worried?

Hi all,

Ive recently noticed a strange whining o r grinding noise coming from my Corollas engine bay. A friend suggested it could be the water pump going bad.

Has anyone else experienced this? How long can I drive before replacing it, and what happens if I don’t fix it soon?
