Toyota Grande Engine Overhaul

Hey there! Need a good engine mechanic for my Yoyota Grande, got a connecting rod sound after rain. Toyota dealers are expensive, another mechanic said its a minor issue. Any local experienced mechanic suggestions to fix it? Car runs fine with just a slight engine sound. Thanks!

Toyota folks cost a pretty penny, I reckon. But fret not! Some local mechanics in Lahore can do the trick. One fella said its a tiny problem, and the car runs fine with just a wee engine sound.
