Toyota Land Cruiser 12H-T parts availability?

Hey, my Friends got a 60 series Land Cruiser with a 12H-T engine for sale. Im curious if you can find spare parts for it in Lahore/Islamabad. The 12H-T engine seems kinda rare in Pakistan, and its only somewhat compatible with the 2H, which isnt exactly common either. Ive heard these engines are dependable, but Im wondering how tough it would be to get replacement parts if something needs fixing.

Ive never come across any problems with getting parts for a Toyota in Pakistan.
