Toyota Premio X 2006 Problem

I am having few issues in my premio,
AOA dear friends I own a Toyota Premio X 2006. I am facing the following issues in my car.
1. My car engine does not start smoothly and work properly till I have heat the car. I have to heat till the needle reaches half then engine sounds normal else its just rpm up/down.
2. Self sometimes takes long to start
3. While accelerating above 120, it starts vibration, specialy steering and front wheels.
The image of the Computer code reading is attached, Can anyone which sensors i need to replace and what will be the price of these sensors and availability in isb/rwp. Thanks for guidance.
