Toyota Ractis 2007 2SZ-FE acceleration issue

In 2019, I purchased the Toyota Ractis. I bought it from my brother. I am now facing the acceleration issue in my car and want a help and your expert suggestions. My car has with 1300cc 2SZ-FE and CVT transmission, has done 230,000kms. The engine rpm increase when the pedal is floored and speed increase in a very slow motion. The fuel average of my car is 13km in the city area and 16km/l on the highway without AC. . Tires are 195/65R15factory size is 175/60R16, catalytic converter, throttle body and VVTi system, all air and fuel sensors are servicedread Ghusul-e-mayyiat by desi mechanics, plugs filters are replaced on time. I use Shell HX6 10w-40 which is changed at 3000kms. Engine oil is reduced to 2litres from 3.5litre after every 3000kms.
The engine oil is decreased to 2litres from 3.5litre after every 3000kms. No oil leaks on floor even though bottom of engine is oily. I On the service and maintenance when performance is not getting better at all even after wasting a lot money and time. Kindly help me to get rid of this issue. Thanks.
