Toyota sera maintainance

hello broz
i jst need to know IF i get a toyota sera ,wud it be possible to maintain that? tell me both the aspects..!!
body parts(which i think wont b available but i guess they can be arranged by ordering custom made parts)
and tell me about the spare parts..like engine parts

engine repair is easy, it has 5afe. (1.5L) - same engine came in some corolla models in 90's
