Toyota Yaris MAF Flow Issues

Hey,
I cleaned my Yaris YR 1.3L MAF, and now Im seeing around 1.7 g/s at idle and up to 35 g/s at higher RPM/WOT. Is this normal, o r is there still an issue? Would appreciate any insights on the expected values for a healthy MAF. Thanks!

These measurements are accurate. Typically, Toyota engines with a 1300cc capacity produce a flow rate of 1.7 grams per second at idle.
