Transmission Oil Change Interval for Toyota Altis Auto

Dear members,
Do you know what is the oil change interval for the Toyota Altis Auto to increase its speed and running? I bought the Corolla Altis 1.8 automatic 2010 and it is driven for 84k kilometers I am unaware of the transmission of the oil change.
I want to know after how many hours, I need to change the oil and what oil, you will like to recommend to me.
