Troubleshooting Car Stalling Issues: Altis 1.6, 2021 Model

I have a 2021 model Altis 1.6 with 31,000 kilometers on the odometer. Recently, I had the engine oil changed, and I also cleaned the plugs, throttle body, and catalytic converter.

Two weeks ago, while driving on the M2 in the Salt Range, my car suddenly turned off at 11 PM. Surprisingly, no check engine light came on. When I tried to start the car, it would immediately switch off again within a second.

I attempted various tricks to resolve the issue, such as opening the fuel tank lid, shaking the car, and tapping the fuel tank with a plastic bottle, hoping to dislodge any debris o r obstructions that might be affecting the fuel pump. Unfortunately, none of these methods worked.

Fortunately, a motorway policy patrol car was nearby, and we sought their help. They called a mechanic who disconnected the fuel pipe from the engine, primed the fuel system, and then reconnected the pipe. After this intervention, the car started working again. The mechanic suggested that the fuel pump was overheating and advised me to have it replaced. The whole process took around 30 minutes from the time the car initially turned off.

Since that incident, I havent experienced any further issues. However, yesterday while driving at 40 km/h, I noticed a momentary in RPM. I quickly accelerated, and the RPM stabilized, preventing the car from stalling.

Im seeking advice on what I should do next. Could this problem be related to a clogged fuel filter o r a faulty fuel pump? Should I consider filing a warranty claim? If the fuel pump is indeed faulty, would it be covered under warranty, similar to the case with 2017-2020 Corollas?
