Unknown Problem CNG/AC ALTO

Guys I have a problem with my ALTO (2001) when i drive the car on CNG with A/C after driving more than 10-15kms it starts knocking and engine switch off it doesnt happen on petrol and if i switch off A/C and press accelerator pedal several times to full it gets OK! Please help as i've tried many service centers frequecy has decreased but the problem still exists!!

I added a relay for A/C as a first step what should be next???

Get the alternator voltage/amperage check while A/C on and once while A/C Off. IMO when you turn A/C on, the alternator produces low volatge, the battery doesnot charge properly and after 10-15 minutes the voltage drops and engine stalls.
