Water Under Driver Seat Alto vxr09

theres some water leakage in my car under the interior and the whole carpet is wet, had no idea where it is coming from, showed my car to tayab motors as its 28000 driven so far. they said that i need to change this thing. which costs 15000Rs
he disconnected the heating and said water will not leak any more but u realy need to change this thing it can not be repaired u need to buy a new one. and i dont know what to do. kindly plz tell me is it this expensive? 15000Rs?
i am posting the pics of leakage and the Box kinda thing which needs to be replaced. he told me that he will open the whole interior and change it, i dont know weather hes talking about the whole Box kinda thing or theres something inside this box which is faulty. plz plz plz advise. here are the pics. and the big Black box is the thing he was asking me to change.

Now that he disconnected the pipe to heater is it ok to drive without Hot water to Heater or should i Urgently spend 15000 to buy this stupid thing i will post the pic soon, getiing error uploading pics.

I have the same problem in my car it is condenser like thing and after taking out it from car and checked it leaked and then weld the leaked spot and fit it back and charge the gas i spent almost 2500pk rs so take it out by yourself and take this to aircondition shop they will fix it for you hope it is cheap
