Common Reasons:
Low o r Degraded Transmission Fluid: Slipping often occurs when the fluid is low, dirty, o r the wrong type.
Worn Clutch Plates: In automatic transmissions, worn-out clutch plates can cause slipping.
Faulty Solenoids: The solenoids that control fluid flow can become damaged, causing improper engagement of gears.

Solution:

Check the fluid level and condition. If it’s dirty, consider flushing and replacing the fluid.
Have the transmission inspected for signs of wear, such as damaged plates o r solenoids, and replace any faulty parts.
