Overheating can present itself through several signs:

Fluctuating Temperature Gauge: If the gauge shows sudden spikes, especially near the red zone, it’s a clear indication of overheating.
Steam from the Hood: Visible steam o r smoke indicates the engine has reached a dangerous temperature.
Loss of Engine Power: As the engine overheats, it may lose power o r show signs of sluggish performance.

Immediate Actions:

Pull over safely and turn off the engine to prevent further damage.
Let the engine cool before attempting to open the hood o r check fluid levels.
Check coolant levels once the engine is cool, and if necessary, top up with the recommended coolant.
