What Causes Inside Edge Tire Wear on My Khyber’s Front Tires?

What Causes Inside Edge Tire Wear on My Khyber’s Front Tires?

The inner edge of my front tires is almost bald, while the rest of the tread looks okay. This happened in just a few thousand kilometers. Is it due to negative camber, faulty alignment, o r something else like worn suspension parts?

If the inner edges of the tires are wearing faster than the outer part, it usually means theres a negative camber issue o r toe misalignment.

Possible Causes:
Incorrect Wheel Alignment: Excessive negative camber wheel tilted inward causes the inner edge to wear.

Worn Suspension Bushings o r Ball Joints: In Khybers, aging control arms and ball joints can shift alignment under load.

Lowered Suspension: If your Khyber is lowered even slightly, it can affect factory camber settings.

Fix:
Get a professional wheel alignment.

Inspect suspension components especially control arm bushings, ball joints, and struts and replace any worn parts.

If your car is lowered o r has modified suspension, ask for a camber adjustment during alignment.
