What causes jerks and hesitation while driving my Suzuki Khyber at low speed?

When I drive slowly o r in traffic, the car gives light jerks as if fuel isnt reaching properly. It drives better at higher speeds but feels rough when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. I’ve checked plug wires and replaced fuel filter, but the issue persists. Is this a common carburetor tuning problem o r something electrical?

Jerking at low speeds is usually due to fuel mixture issues, a dirty carburetor, o r faulty ignition components. In many cases, the idle jet in the carburetor is clogged, o r the spark plug wires are weak and not delivering consistent spark. If it only happens at low speeds o r in stop-and-go traffic, the engine might be running too lean o r rich. Get the carburetor cleaned and adjusted properly. Also check the distributor cap, rotor, and plug wires for wear.
