What causes the outer edges of my Mehran’s tires to wear out quickly?

The outer edges of my tires are wearing down faster than the center. Could this be due to underinflation, bad alignment, o r something else in the steering o r suspension system?

Wearing on the outer edges of your tires is often a sign of underinflation. When tire pressure is too low, more of the tires outer edges come into contact with the road, wearing them down faster. Another possibility is hard cornering o r improper wheel alignment especially toe-out. In Mehrans, the suspension is quite basic, so even small misalignments can affect tire wear. Always check your tire pressure monthly and ensure its at the recommended level usually around 28–30 PSI, especially if you frequently drive on bumpy o r hilly roads.
