Why Are My Tires Cupping and Making Noise While Driving My Khyber?

There’s a humming o r thumping noise coming from my tires while driving, and when I checked, the tread has uneven cupping marks. Is this due to bad shock absorbers, misalignment, o r both? How do Khyber users usually fix this problem?

Tire cupping refers to high and low spots across the tread and is often felt as a humming o r thumping noise while driving.

Common Causes:
Worn Shock Absorbers: Bad shocks can’t keep the tire firmly on the road, causing uneven bounce and wear.

Imbalanced Wheels o r Tires: Even minor imbalance can create vibration that leads to cupping over time.

Cheap o r Overinflated Tires: Poor rubber quality o r improper inflation can exaggerate wear.

Fix:
Replace old o r leaking shock absorbers — especially if your Khyber bounces when you press the hood.

Rebalance all four wheels.

Keep tires inflated to manufacturer specs and use reputable tire brands.
