Why Do Suspension Noises Keep Coming Back Even After Repairs?

I’ve had my Khyber’s suspension repaired multiple times bushes, shocks, mounts, but knocking and squeaking sounds keep coming back after a few months. Mechanics say it’s normal for Khyber, but that cant be right. Is the suspension system on this car just poorly designed?

Suspension noises in the Suzuki Khyber that return even after repairs may be due to the following reasons:

Poor Quality Replacement Parts: Sometimes, using low-quality o r substandard suspension parts can lead to the same issues resurfacing quickly. Always ensure that original o r high-quality replacement parts are used.

Worn Bushings o r Shocks: Suspension bushings, which absorb shocks and vibrations, can wear out quickly, especially on older cars. Even after replacement, they can deteriorate over time.

Suspension Alignment Issues: If the suspension alignment is not done properly after a repair, it can cause uneven wear and lead to recurring noises.

Driving Conditions: If the car is often driven on rough roads, the suspension system will wear out faster, and noises may return sooner than expected.

Long-Term Fix: Ensure that high-quality parts are used for suspension repairs. Regularly inspect and replace components like bushings and shocks. Proper suspension alignment and avoiding rough driving conditions can extend the lifespan of the suspension system.
