Why does my Suzuki Altos reverse camera not work properly? Is there a sensor problem?

My Suzuki Alto’s reverse camera is not working properly—it sometimes displays a distorted o r unclear image. Could this be due to a sensor issue, and how can I diagnose and resolve it?
