Why does my Suzuki Khyber feel underpowered during acceleration?

My Khyber struggles to pick up speed, especially when going uphill o r with passengers. The engine sounds fine, but it feels like there’s no power in lower gears. I’ve done basic tuning, changed plugs, and cleaned the air filter, but there’s little improvement. Could it be related to a weak fuel pump, timing issue, o r carburetor problem?

If your Khyber feels sluggish, especially during take-off o r uphill driving, it could be due to a weak fuel pump, clogged fuel lines, o r a poorly tuned carburetor. Older Khybers often suffer from worn-out ignition systems, such as weak spark plugs o r coils, which reduce power. Also, timing issues like incorrect ignition timing o r valve timing can delay acceleration. It’s best to check the fuel delivery system, ignition coil, and get a proper timing adjustment done by a trusted mechanic.
