Why Does My Suzuki Khyber Idle Rough o r Stall After Installing EFI Sensors?
I’ve converted my Khyber to EFI, but ever since, the car idles very rough and sometimes stalls when stopping. I suspect its something to do with the sensors like the IAC Idle Air Control o r TPS Throttle Position Sensor. Are these sensors hard to calibrate on Khyber conversions, o r is this a common tuning issue?

Rough idle o r stalling after an EFI conversion is a very common issue and usually related to one o r more of the following sensors:
Likely Causes:
IAC Valve Idle Air Control: If the IAC sensor is not calibrated correctly o r is dirty, it won’t manage airflow at idle properly, causing rough idling o r stalling.
TPS Throttle Position Sensor: An incorrectly set o r faulty TPS can send the wrong throttle angle signal to the ECU, disrupting idle control.
Air Leaks: Vacuum leaks after EFI installation can trick the ECU into mismanaging fuel-air mixture.
ECU Tuning: After EFI conversion, many people skip proper tuning, causing the ECU to respond incorrectly to sensor input.
Fix:
Recalibrate the TPS and IAC using a multimeter o r scan tool.
Check for vacuum leaks using carb cleaner spray.
Clean the IAC valve.
Ensure the ECU is programmed o r tuned for the specific sensor setup used in your Khyber.
