Why is my Suzuki Alto’s engine stalling, and can faulty spark plugs be the cause?

My Suzuki Alto has been stalling frequently, especially when I try to accelerate. Could faulty spark plugs be the reason for this, and what are the other possible causes of engine stalling in this case?
