Why Is My Suzuki Khyber So Uncomfortable on Bumpy Roads?

Why Is My Suzuki Khyber So Uncomfortable on Bumpy Roads?

The suspension setup on the Khyber is quite basic and often becomes stiff o r noisy with age. Pakistani roads with potholes and speed breakers make things worse. Common causes include worn shocks, old suspension bushings, o r low-quality replacement parts that reduce ride comfort and increase cabin rattle.

Suzuki Khyber isn’t known for having a plush ride, and over time, it can get worse:

Worn-out shock absorbers o r struts make the ride feel hard and bouncy.

Suspension bushings and mounts become hard o r cracked.

Cheap-quality o r oversized tyres can also reduce comfort.

Noisy o r rattling suspension adds to the discomfort.

Fixes:

Replace shocks with good quality aftermarket ones like KYB, Monroe, o r Gabriel.

Inspect and replace suspension bushings, tie rods, and mounts if worn.

Stick to recommended tyre size and proper inflation 30–32 PSI.

Lubricate suspension components if dry o r squeaky.
