Why is my Suzuki Mehran’s paint fading so fast under the sun?

The paint on my Mehran, especially on the roof and bonnet, is turning dull and fading badly. The car is just a few years old. I park it outside most of the time, but I didn’t expect the paint to go this fast. Is this a known issue with Mehran paint quality?

This is a common issue, especially with factory paint on older Mehran models. The main causes are:

Low-quality single-stage paint used on budget models like Mehran

Constant exposure to harsh sunlight without protective waxing

Lack of clear coat protection especially on earlier models To slow down fading, park in the shade when possible, use a car cover, and apply UV-protective wax regularly.
