First Look: Deepal S07 and Deepal L07 Electric Models

The local automotive scene is abuzz with news of upcoming electric vehicles (EVs) set to hit the market this month. Last week, we provided an in-depth look at the interiors of the Changan-backed Deepal L07 and Deepal S07. Changan Pakistan is preparing to launch both models on August 16, 2024, following a private pre-launch event where the cars were unveiled.

Interior Highlights
At a recent event, we offered a sneak peek into the interiors of the Deepal S07 and L07. Both models feature futuristic interiors paired with modern exteriors, showcasing advanced design elements and cutting-edge technology.

Deepal L07 Overview

Performance:
The Deepal L07 boasts impressive specifications with a power output of 250 HP and 320 Nm of torque. It features an 8 kWh battery, offering a driving range of 540 km. Charging from 30% to 80% takes just 35 minutes, and the car accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 5.9 seconds.

   

Interior Features:
Inside, the Deepal L07 competes with the SL03 sedan. It emphasizes smart features over sporty performance. Notable interior features include a 6-inch infotainment screen, an augmented reality head-up display, an additional LCD instrument panel, a three-spoke steering wheel, dual wireless charging pads, and a pair of cup holders.

Performance:

The Deepal S07 shares similar performance specifications with the L07, including 250 HP and 320 Nm of torque. It also features an 8 kWh battery with a driving range of 485 km. Charging time is 35 minutes from 30% to 80%, and it accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 6.7 seconds.

   

Interior Features:
The S07's interior, initially seen in spy shots, now reveals a two-tone grey cabin. It includes a large floating screen, two wireless charging pads, a pair of cup holders, a D-shaped three-spoke steering wheel, a head-up display, buttons instead of conventional door handles, air vents in the second row, two USB ports, and a centre headrest.
