Government To Make Tracks For Bikes In Karachi

The government is making a separate rack for the bikers.

The mayor of Karachi, waseem akhter said that the government has already started building a separate track fro the bikers alongside shahrah e faisal, the important thing to be notice is that the track will cover the area of malir halt to the metro pole hotel.

He said that this track has been made so that the bikers can ride their bikes safely, and no one will be allowed to drive a bike in the track without helmet, it’s a pilot project other main corridors in the city will als have the same tracks, and he further included that the government is doing this all to make the infrastructure of the city more better and to clean the roads.
Beside the local government encouraging the bike riders to wear helmet, the Islamabad and Punjab authorities are religiously pursuing the riders who do not wear the helmets.

After the order by the Lahore high court the Lahore city traffic police is going after every rider who is not wearing helmet and heavy fines are being issued to the violators, and authorities have also banned the riders from entering into the famous mall road until equipped with helmet.
