MG Motors To Reveal 13 Million Luxury EV in Pakistan

MG Motor's previous fun and teasing tweets from Javed Afridi about high-end lavish cars were once entertaining for buyers, despite the brand not being particularly old. However, times have changed, and the company is now focused on making significant advancements and shedding its checkered past.

MG Motor is set to introduce a range of vehicles in Pakistan, including electric vehicles, hybrids, and plug-in electric vehicles. After unveiling two new variants of MG HS and two electric vehicles, they are now preparing to launch another premium EV, the MG 4 Mulan EV, a hot hatch model.

The base variant of the MG 4 Mulan EV will be priced at Rs. 1,200,0000, while the fully loaded top variant will cost Rs. 1,300,0000. The vehicle will be equipped with a 51 kWh battery, providing a range of 438 km per charge. More details about its specifications and features are yet to be disclosed.

Apart from the MG 4 Mulan EV, MG is also introducing the latest generation of the ZS EV in Pakistan, priced at Rs. 1,430,0000.

MG Motor has ambitious plans to secure a prominent position in the market by offering a wide range of hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEVs), and fully electric vehicles (EVs). They are investing 50 million Chinese yuan (approximately $7 million) to locally assemble PHEVs. To achieve this goal, the company is seeking an EV-friendly policy from the government of Pakistan.
