Honda Atlas cars is going to retire the old model, 5th gen Honda City and now this company is going to release its new model, 6th gen Honda City in Pakistani market and the company is going to rejuvenate its status in B-segment car market. It is reported that this vehicle is going to get the momentum in Pakistani market and the company has received the bookings for over 7,000 units despite there are less information regarding features and price of the vehicle. The company has shared a photo of the excise documents that the price of the 1200 cc CVT variant of the coming City model, City Price is Rs.2,725,000. The starting price of ‘new’ Honda is 1200 cc variant with the manual gearbox was about Rs.2,525,000 and the CVT transmission is the car warrants the premium of 200,000 PKR in the local Pakistani market.

6th gen Honda City will be launched in Pakistani market in July and the rivals of this car will be Toyota Yaris, Changan Alsvin and Proton Saga. Honda City will be released in the market in two engine options and base option is 1.2 liter naturally-aspirated 4-cylinder petrol engine, which can make 89 hp and 114 Nm torque. The other engine option is 1.5-luter naturally-aspirated 4-cylinder petrol engine, which can make 118 hp and 145 Nm torque. Both the engine will mate to either manual o r CVT gearbox.
