The 2019 Suzuki Jimny is classified as mini Mercedes G Wagon as the later has been praised to retain the G wagons classic boxy styling across the world, where sleek curves and creases remain dominant design aesthetics of cars of today. The front end has Hummer style front grille with vertical air intake slats. The circular headlights are added in front grille ad you can get side hinged rear door to hold the spare tire. The rear taillights are on the rear small bumper and the side profile is clear. Suzuki has gone to lengths to introduce brand new two tone paint finish on Jimny in a try to make it more appealing to millennial.

The company has not released any special specification expecting the JDM variant to retain the traditional 660cc engine in base model. It has the larger 1.5 liter engine, which is offered with choice between 5 speed manual o r 4 speed automatic. The 15 o r 16 inch wheels will be provided and the base model is equipped with some classic steel wheels. There are some other options of automatic climate control, autonomous emergency braking, push start ignition and cruise control.
