Xiaomi Officially Debuts the SU7 Ultra Electric Hypercar

Xiaomi has officially launched the SU7 Ultra, a high-performance electric sedan designed to rival leading electric vehicles such as the Zeekr 001 FR, Porsche Taycan Turbo GT, Tesla Model S Plaid, and Lucid Air Sapphire. With its powerful features, Xiaomi aims to make a strong statement in the luxury electric car market, combining speed, advanced battery technology, and a sleek design.

Unmatched Power and Acceleration
Equipped with three electric motors, the SU7 Ultra offers impressive performance. The dual Xiaomi V8 motors and a V6 motor combine to generate an astonishing 1,526 horsepower, allowing the sedan to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 1.98 seconds. With a top speed of 350 km/h and a quarter-mile time of 9.23 seconds, the SU7 Ultra secures its position in the hypercar league, competing directly with the most elite electric vehicles on the market.

Advanced Battery and Charging Technology
The SU7 Ultra features a 93.7 kWh Qilin 2.0 battery by CATL. This battery system includes dual-surface cooling and cell-to-body (CTB) technology, enhancing both durability and safety. With its 5.2C fast-charging capability, the battery charges from 10% to 80% in just 11 minutes, making it practical for both long trips and quick charges.

Sleek Design Enhancements
Building on the SU7 sedan's design, the SU7 Ultra sports a more aggressive look with a wide body, redesigned bumpers, and a large spoiler that adds 265 kg of downforce for increased stability. It also features 21-inch Pirelli P Zero 5 tires, providing optimal road grip and a premium feel.

Luxurious and Sporty Interior
Inside, the SU7 Ultra offers a blend of luxury and sportiness. Alcantara and leather upholstery, carbon fiber accents, and sport seats with yellow seatbelts create a dynamic and comfortable cabin. An Alcantara steering wheel adds to the sporty aesthetic, providing a high-end, tactile driving experience.

Competitive Pricing and Availability
Priced at RMB 814,900 (approximately $114,000) in China, the SU7 Ultra is competitively positioned within its segment. Production is set to begin in March 2025, with pre-orders already open, making it a highly anticipated release in the electric hypercar market.
