2007 Vitz Problem. Need Help!

I own a Toyota Vitz 2007 model. I am facing an issue in my car. At P, it starts vibrating but it comes on D when I press the brakes pedal. The issue occurs when I have to stop at the signal.
Kindly help me to solve this problem.

The general solutions to the vibration of Vitz are

1 Most common issue If the engine is changed, engine mounting is doubtful...
2 Vibration can be due to bad fuel o r dirt accumulated in the fuel filter Clean your fuel filter
3 Check for bad errors by connecting it to the computer debug it
