2015 Vitz Spyder shape Eco mode

Hi all
I have Toyota Vitz F 2015 model Spider shaped and it is driven up to 24 km. I purchased it in 2017. I have 3 questions about the car.
1. Does the F variant has Eco mode? Because, when I drive the car, the Eco light does not switch on even on light foot.
2. Should I think about the traction control button because it does not work properly even though ABS?
3. Is this good as the car gives an average of 13 km/l in the city I have not driven in the city.
