A little noise from front suspension

I have Passo and I am facing a problem of noise like a Dhol rom front suspension of my car. The car does not make a noise on hitting a breaker but noise comes when I drive my car on bumpy road. Kindly give me suggestion to resolve this issue.

Go and get the front suspension checked from a professional because your bushes might be wornout.
