Abt toyota premio 2006

Is Toyota Premio 2006 model is offered with CVT 1800cc. can I convert it to CNG? Also tell me what is difference between D and D3?

D means 4 gears n d3 3 gears if its a 4F gearbox.JDM cars are quite fueled efficiently yet for CNG locally assembled is the better option as CNG will burn the coils some sensors n auto trans also get wild so not a good option
