AC problem in vitz

my car's Ac works really good when its on the drive but when its parked some where or stopped on a traffic signal or in a traffic jam its doesn't throw cool air at that time . if any one of u can help me .

when at idle the ac of a car usually trips to prevent extra load on the engine, plus the compressor needs air to work at its best!, when the car is moving air is flowing freely into the compressor which keeps it on! no need to worry!
