A/c Troubling!!!, no cooling!!!, only kharcha doing but nthg

I have a Suzuki Mehran 2001 & I have installed Sanden A/c components. Following are the components that are installed in my car.

1. Sanden SD-507 compressor (Kabli) in excellent condition = Rs. 6000
2. Sanden Condensor (New) = Rs. 1800
3. Receiver Drier Bottle (New) = Rs. 1500
4. Evaporator (New) = Rs. 4000
5. Coolant gas = Rs. 1500
6. A/c Service & Labour Charges = Rs. 4000
7. A/c Thermostat (New) = Rs. 700
8. A/c button & sticker = Rs. 20

This is the whole procedure, it would cost you around Rs. 19520 or 20000.

Okay now heating issue,

These things should be memorized to make good cooling by A/c & no heating issues (Mehran):

1. Clean your radiator by any expert by strong Acid & surf. It should be cleaned 3-4 times so that it should get air from the front frequently, also check out the radiator fins are all correct in front open direction.

2. Use Green Suzuki Coolant full in radiator & coolant bottle, daily check the status of radiator before going to any trip. For A/c before going to any trip you should take some water in bottle, jug etc or water pipe from pump & hit the water in the condensor so that the A/c will work more frequently without heating issue.

3. Change your A/c fan to 5 spokes fan from Kabari brothers so that the engine should remain cool. (Note: Your engine should be not weak or down, as the A/c will put load on engine & the engine will get a lower life & the heating issue will rise).

4. When ever the heat-up needle crosses middle, turn off the A/c for 10 seconds.

5. The issue to install a thermostat is this that by installing it, when the cooling will be enough in the car, it will suddenly stop the compressor to work because the compressor needs to be stop while working in peak condition to rest down.
