All perfect still bad cooling, Comments experts

Especially looking for Aryaan's comments

History:

Its a ee90 with 12 valve 1300cc petrol/cng.

Replaced:
Condensor with original 2nd hand one in gr8 condition, serpentine one.

Evaporator: replaced with XE Corolla's one in outstanding conditon, its a multi flow one and cools better comes with original denso expansion valve.

Blower: Replaced.

Compressor: Replaced with 134 one.

All lines replaced with the ones comes in 134 ones. so no leakage.

Dryer: using new steel type one.

Gass: 134a Success (says the gas is japanese)

I have changed 4th compressor this week.

Problem is the ac is not cooling at idle and on running its good the cooling is good enough but on idle it loses the cooling.

1st compressor had same problem. Low side suction 65.

2nd one had same problem plus extra load on engine. Low side 60

3rd one had great cooling at idle and on run but it became very noisy on idle (The Kir Kir sound that vanishes at 1500 RPM though it worked fine but i couldent stand this noisy ahh my perfectionism kinda liking in a oldie). (This is when we put again new dryer and replaced the expansion valve to be sure its not the problem) Low side touched 40.

Today 4th one went in let me telll you the compressor are denso 134 ones and gives good pressure if you check them in desi way :p.
4th one at start was not cooling at all and after like 5 to 10 mins it started cooling but the low side pressure was not going below 60, though it should be at 40 or less.
He tried everything but it was not going below 60 to 65 so i end up again with same a/c that starts cooling at speed and loses at idle.

Let me also tell you we are also using proper compressor oil. In a day or two we gona try the 5th compressor haha now the pathan is also scraching his head.

I am not paying anything to the compressor guy or the a/c technician bcoz they give gurantee so as long as this isnt perfect they will keep trying.

let me also tell you i got double fan radiator in my car that got two stage fan speed working perfectly fine. the condensor fan i installed relay and its blowing amazing air.

Xulfiqar i am especially looking for your comments, BTW my engine mechanic thinks my a/c technican is not servicing the system and its clogged but the technicans says if its clogged than why it cooled in the 3rd compressor and servicing will not help.

if i ask him to service whats the correct method?

hehe - what you have is a compressor with dirty valve plates and a condenser with partial blockage - the reason you saw better cooling later was because the crud flushed out and got trapped into the liquid reciever.

What you also have as a problem is that you need to fully check your lines for blockage - the rubber lines may deteriorate internally over age and cause stress by constricting flow of the refrigerant - e.g. if the rubber liquid line got choked - you will see stupid head pressures and higher low side pressures, but a not so hot condenser.. If your suction line rubber was deteriorated - it may shrink inside and block compressor intake

A proper functioning A/C should have a hot condenser - not warm but kind of hot - the liquid line after it should be about ambient or a little warmer thats about it.. if your condenser is cold or just barely warming - youve got serious pumping or blockage issues.

You dont need the 15 series denso - it came equipped on the 3SFE and 5SFE engines on carinas camrys and caldinas and sometimes on 2C diesel engines - the 17s came equipped on the hiaces, hiluxes and land cruisers..

Just check your pressures in the shade with A/C running on medium fan speed.. btw talking of fans - dont tell me you are using the original radiator cooling fans, which usually warp with the first heat wave
