Best way to keep car COOL in Hot Summer?

Best way to keep car COOL in Hot Summer?

Is there any alternative to water - which we use in our car's radiators. There is a green coolent type of thing avliable but i dont think it effects much?

Any advice on what the best thing to use?

it does " its antifreeze "doesn't freeze in cold weather " it doesn't rust " prevents the radiator from rust " i-e zung. and it doesn't evaporate That really makes sense and is likely the best thing for a radiator
