Can a Clogged Fuel Filter Cause Suzuki Bolan to Stutter o r Stall During Long Drives?

On long trips, my Suzuki Bolan sometimes stutters o r stalls, especially when accelerating after stopping. Could this be due to a clogged fuel filter? What signs should I look out for to confirm that the fuel filter is the problem, and how can I prevent it from happening again?

Yes, a clogged fuel filter can cause the engine to stutter o r stall, particularly during long drives. As the filter gets clogged, the fuel flow to the engine becomes inconsistent, which may cause stalling, hesitation, o r rough idling, especially under heavy acceleration o r at high speeds. This is more noticeable during longer drives, when the engine demands a consistent supply of fuel. If you experience stuttering o r stalling, its a good idea to check and replace the fuel filter. A fuel filter replacement should be done every 20,000–30,000 kilometers depending on fuel quality and driving conditions.
