Can one install intercooler and supercharger in EXI engine?

Hello,
I am sure we have alot of gurus out here and I need some advise .I have civic 1997 EXi auto-transmission.Now I was wondering if intercooler + Supercharger can be installed on the engine? if so where do i buy these stuff and what budget am I looking at ?

Also if this is not possible how about going for a B-16 and the above mentioned things;then again I could not find a b16b at our local market in Khi.

Pls suggest and advice

The only thing an intercooler does is reduce the intake temperature by about 50-100F, depending on the design. This reduces the likelihood of detonation under heavy load, but the basic installation and tuning of the turbo or supercharger must be good to take advanatage of this improvement.
