Car unable to sustain acceleration

My Toyota Passo 2010-12 has an issue with acceleration. The RPM remains zero when I start engine of my car. Then engine turns off. The engine does not get off when I place light foot on the accelerator. I have already done these things
1 - Fuel Pumped checked and changed alongwith filter clear
2 - Plugs changed
3 - O2 Sensor Changed
4 - Temprature Sensor Changed
5 - Fuel Injector Changed
6 - throttle cleaned
Electricians are also unable to fix this issue. Kindly help me to solve this issue with proper guideline.
