Charade diesel turbo double gaskit?

my mechanic ask me to put double gaskit in my charade 1986 diesel turbo as it burn frtequently any suggestions?

Not recommended at all as double gaskit will decrease the compression ratio which is not at all a good idea especially with a diesal engine.
Also constant running the fan will prevent engine from reacing its optimum temprature which will result in excessive wear and tear
