CHARADE ENGINE PROBLEM

Hi all,i have few problem with engine:-

1.My car starts shaking at a speed of 80 KM/H.What shall i do to slove this problem.
2.Every now and than i have to change my spark plugs in my engine after a month because my car starts shaking even it is at hault.my spark plug gets black i a form of carbon i think.
3.My engine has a very low milage of about 8 to max 9 Km per leter.
4.Charade is known for its acceleration,but my cars pick up is very slow.
HOW CAN I GET RID OF THESE 3 PROBLEMS.PLZ HELP ME.should i change my engine ?

First of all do what testdriver just told u......... visit enercon and get your car properly tuned.....
The reason for the car shaking CAN be because of the tyres or rims........ If u want to avoid the kharcha of getting all of them balanced then at least get the front wheels balanced and get them alligned....... Or u can also swap the front and back wheels to check if the problem was in the front ones..... as when the wheels are placed at the rear they tent to give less problem......
