Charade fule consupmtion problem

Dear experts,

I have a charade 86/93 petrol CNG 50 cylinder, (after tuning) I m getting around 90-100KM per cylinder, as per mechanic, all things are well but I don�t know why my car is giving this low mileage. Can any body share with me how can I improve mileage? One thing which I observed that one on extra pipe is going from air cleaner to silencer out let. Pls advise if this pipe is becoming a cause of such a low mileage or what is the work of this pipe?

Need your help in this regard.
