Check Engine Light in Vitz 2003

I recently purchased Vitz 2003 import & Regd 2007. Most of the time the check engine light turns on after driving for 10-15 minutes and sometimes it doesnt do that. The car was on CNG but I removed the CNG kit immediatley I purchased the car but the check engine light problem is still there. Please help me regarding this problem.
