Clutch pedal vibration is often caused by issues with the clutch assembly o r the hydraulic system. Here are the common causes and solutions:

Worn Clutch Disc o r Pressure Plate: Over time, the clutch disc o r pressure plate may wear out, causing uneven engagement o r disengagement of the clutch, leading to vibrations. Replacing the worn-out parts will resolve the issue.

Faulty Clutch Release Bearing: If the release bearing is damaged o r worn, it can create vibrations when the clutch pedal is pressed. Replacing the bearing can solve this issue.

Hydraulic Issues: Low o r dirty hydraulic fluid, o r issues with the master/slave cylinder, may cause uneven pressure, leading to vibration in the pedal. Flushing and replacing the fluid o r repairing the cylinders may be necessary.

Fixes:

Inspect and replace the clutch assembly components if worn.

Check and refill the hydraulic fluid.

Ensure the release bearing is in good condition.
