Door Open Indication - Vitz '04

I got my car serviced yesterday and when I came home closed the doors, pressed the auto lock button and it wasn't working Its because this indication never goes off. I went to my mechanic today but he had no clue. Where can I get this fixed ?

there are switches on each door. one of them has a broken or loose wire or maybe its not working at all.
