Door side power mirror issue

I have an issue with the driver-side door power mirror. It doesnt stop at the home position. It goes all the way to the far end. It comes in the home position when I open the mirror and hold it with my hand..but when I dont hold it with my hand it goes all the way to the end. Kindly guide me on how to fix this issue.
