Engine oil for Cuore

Please guide me which engine oil is best for Cuore. After how much milage i should change it both for Petrol and CNG?

Your useful suggestions and expert opinions will be appreciated.

1-Caltex Havoline Formula ( Its formula different from normal havoline)

2- Total Quartz 5000

3- Zic Hiflo

Change after every 3500 Km.. Have fun....
