Engine vibrates

Hi Everyone
I am facing an issue with my car. I am using EFI automatic cuore. When car stops and is in D gear its engine vibrates a bit more than the actual vibration of the engine and I also feel like dashboard is also vibrating because of this. But when I press race a bit vibration disappears. Even if I changed the gear to N the vibration vanishes. The vibration comes only starts when I stopped car o r while the car is not running and when it is in D gear. A little push to race disappears the vibration and if the car is in Parking o r Neutral gear vibration vanishes very low.
Kindly help me in understanding this issue why it happens and what is its solution
According to my thinking maybe the foundation rubbers of engine are loose.

I suggest that:
1- If mounts are bad then it will also vibrate on N.
2- You should clean the throttle body.
3- Check the ATF and you should replace it has completed its life.
4- You should check the air filter spark plugs.
